Product Specifications
Our products carry histories; thus, they come with past wear and uniqueness, sold “as is.” While we aim to describe items accurately, all descriptions should be considered informed opinions. Dimensions and weights are approximate. Given their unique nature, items come without warranties.
Completion of Sale
A sale is completed upon payment after invoice issuance. Buyers must collect or finalize delivery arrangements within 14 days of payment, otherwise a 10% weekly storage fee of the item's purchase price may apply. Our products, due to their pre-owned nature, come without warranties. Electrical items undergo preliminary checks; however, professional inspection is advised. Palm Collect is not liable for any damage or injury post-purchase.
Financial Transactions

Payment: Items are reserved for 7 days following invoicing. Prices are exclusive of shipping costs. Payments are accepted in Euros via bank transfer or cash. Import duties, taxes, and additional charges incurred locally are the buyer’s responsibility.

Pick-up: Items can be collected directly at our designated location. Please schedule your pickup appointment to ensure availability.

Shipping: We offer shipping exclusively within the EU, with costs additional to the item price. Please contact us for shipping quotes. Order cancellations are not possible once processing has begun. Damages incurred during shipping must be reported within 24 hours. For interest outside the EU, please contact us directly.
Taxes
Included in our prices are any EU taxes applicable, but not customs duties for international shipping. Non-EU buyers are responsible for all duties.
