Return Policy
We adhere to the EU’s 14-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. However, it is important to ensure that the item remains in the condition it was received in. To start a return process, please follow the steps outlined below:

Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting us at palmcllct@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit. Ensure that all parts, accessories, and manuals are included.

Shipping: Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with no additional wear and tear. The return will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will send you an email notification confirming we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer's policies.

Rejected Returns: If an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or has parts missing for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be granted. Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

Please note, while the cost of the item is refundable, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
